Sunflower oil high oleic is the fatty oil obtained from the ripe seeds of Helianthus annuus L. (Asteraceae) by expression. It is then refined. Clear, nearly colorless to pale yellow liquid, almost without odor. relatively rich in vitamin E and low in saturated fat. This particular sunflower oil is of a high oleic variety and as a result of the oil's higher oleic acid content, it is more stable and resistant to oxidation.
